How I handle information you share with Livengood Websites.

Who this covers

This policy describes how Livengood Websites (Joe Livengood) handles information when you use https://livengoodwebsites.com, book a session, or send a message. It is written for a small solo web design practice — not a large platform.

What I collect

  • Contact form: name, email, optional phone, and your message (posted to the site contact handler).
  • Booking: if you schedule via Cal.com, Cal.com processes your name, email, and scheduling details under their terms. I receive booking notifications so I can meet with you.
  • Guide / marketing signup: if you opt in on the marketing subdomain, that form processor collects the email you provide.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (measurement ID G-4MSKEW1D4N) and SiteBehaviour may collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, and interactions, to understand how the site is used.
  • Server logs: the host may log IP address, user agent, and request URLs for security and debugging.

How I use information

I use contact and booking details to reply, run strategy sessions, deliver work you hire me for, and improve the site. I do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

I share data only with processors needed to run the site and services (for example hosting, Cal.com, email/form delivery, and analytics). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention

I keep inquiry and project-related messages as long as needed for the conversation or project, then delete or archive them when they are no longer useful. Analytics retention follows each tool’s settings.

Your choices

You can email or call to ask what information I have about you, request a correction, or ask me to delete inquiry records that are not required for an active project or legal obligation. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies/analytics.
